Every room in the Haveli is fitted with world-class air conditioners and features en-suite bathrooms with hot water available 24 hours a day. All bathrooms are equipped with showers—and some include tubs—and all feature Western-style toilets. Whichever room you choose, you will be delightfully surprised, as each is unique and possesses its own charm.

Every year, the management thoughtfully adds colorful, distinctive attributes to the rooms to make them even more inviting. From the towels and bedding to the glass chandeliers known as “handis,” hand-worked curtains, colorful pillows, and wall paintings, every item is carefully selected for each room.

Kankarwa Haveli retains its old-world charm and feels more like a home than a hotel. There are no telephones or television sets in the rooms, ensuring that the tranquility and serenity of this beautiful Haveli remain undisturbed. Deluxe lakefront suites and deluxe lakefront rooms offer full views of the lake. The deluxe lakefront suites are more spacious than the lakefront rooms—that is the only major difference between these two categories. Standard rooms with a partial view of the lake overlook the Haveli’s courtyard.

Each room in the Haveli differs in shape, size, character, and view, with every room possessing its own heritage charm. Kankarwa Haveli is a three-storied property accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.

All rooms in the Haveli are designated as non-smoking areas; smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
